VidAI Player（以下简称"本应用"）是一款运行于 macOS 的 AI 视频播放器。我们（开发者）深知个人信息对你的重要性，因此将隐私保护作为产品设计的基本原则：本应用不收集、不存储、不上传任何个人信息。
你使用本应用播放、超分辨率增强、插帧、降噪或导出的所有视频文件，均只在本机内存中处理，绝不离开你的设备。AI 推理基于 Apple VideoToolbox 与设备端机器学习框架完成，全程离线运行。
为提供基础功能，本应用会在你的设备本地保存以下偏好数据（均存储于系统 UserDefaults，不上传服务器）：

使用"AI 超分 · 标准"档位时，本应用需要从开发者提供的服务器下载一次性的 AI 模型文件。该下载过程仅下载数据，不会回传你的任何信息（不包含设备标识、使用记录等）。"低延迟"档位使用系统内建能力，无需下载。
本应用不面向儿童收集任何信息，也不含任何针对儿童的内容或服务。

VidAI Player (the "App") is an AI-powered video player for macOS. We (the developer) take privacy seriously, and privacy protection is a foundational principle of the App's design: the App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
All videos you play, upscale, interpolate, denoise, or export with the App are processed entirely in your Mac's memory and never leave your device. AI inference runs on Apple VideoToolbox and on-device machine learning frameworks, fully offline.
To provide core functionality, the App stores the following preferences locally on your device (in system UserDefaults; never uploaded):
You can clear this data at any time by uninstalling the App.
When using the "AI Super Res · Standard" mode, the App downloads a one-time AI model file from a server operated by the developer. This download is one-way only and never sends any of your information back (no device identifiers, no usage data). The "Low-Latency" mode uses built-in system capabilities and requires no download.
The App does not collect any information from children and contains no child-directed content or services.
